Remarks
|
|
Technomyrmex comprises around 60 named and apparently valid species. The genus is distributed world-wide in the tropics and subtropical regions. All specimens recorded from the New World are likely derived from stock introduced by human commerce. Two species, T. albipes and T. gibbosus, are known to occur in Japan.
