Description

Dorsum of mesosoma convex; its lateral margin not carinate. Mesonotum without spine. Propodeum with developed spines. Petiolar scale with 2 pairs of spines; outer pair of spines developed and medial pair small.

Remarks

This subgenus contains 2 species, Polyrhachis moesta and P. dives, in Japan.
