Description
|
|
Total length of workers around 1 mm. Mandibles with 3 teeth. Apical segment of antenna longer than length of preceding 10th and 11th segments together. Posterior margin of head concave. First gastral segment with almost parallel sides, and with corners rounded anteriorly in dorsal view.

Remarks
|
|
This was the first Leptanilla species discovered in Japan (Yasumatsu, 1960). Known only from the type material.
